Another nice day on my racing ski. This time with Helen and Steve accompanying me in sit-on-tops borrowed from Dave and Sarah. A fairly leisurely trip to Aberdovey and back for me as I was waiting for Helen and Steve most of th time.

Lunch in Aberdovey followed by a choppy trip back..Yes, I fell off several times in the chop! Got a bit sunburnt tosay despite wearing sunscreen.

All was followed by a big BBQ.
